I cannot recall exactly how I got on to The Archers. It must have been my cousin, Jein who mentioned the series when she introduced me to BBC Radio Podcasts. I came in just before Nigel\\\\\\\'s tragic death, the event that has affected me most significantly on the Archers, to this day. I was just a new listener and was really getting to like him as I realised he wasn\\\\\\\'t like the other characters. Nigel loved life and he loved his \\\\\\\"Lizzy.\\\\\\\" It was that story line and all of Fallon\\\\\\\'s that really got me hooked. And, wasn\\\\\\\'t it grand, that I somehow discovered DumTeeDum via The Archers!
