Blossom Hill Cottage is owned by Usha who is a solicitor and colleague of Helen’s solicitor. She can probably terminate the lease at some point she doesn’t get any rent. This would be a bad look for the Vicar’s wife. Besides that, I think Uskesome-ula has probably seen to the rent issue as we have been lead to believe that she and the delightful Bruce are reasonable well off.
I think the only way to get rid of her is to bring out the old faithful knife again. Worked a treat last time!
