So is this the Ambridge equivalent of the 1920’s? A short period of getting back to normal before the next conflict starts?
The sound of slates being wiped clean was probably audible from the Borchester by-pass!
I suspect there is some post trial fall-out to come, around Adam and Ian particularly. Unless the rape allegations are taken further by Jess and Helen – and neither may wish to do so – it’s possible Rob may exit Ambridge, at least until Jack is much older. I hope the next major story is centred around either Brookfield or Home Farm, rather than Bridge Farm or elsewhere.
