    I had the same thought; not sure what Brian would think of being in a partnership with Debbie, Kate and Pip on one side of the table and he and Adam on the other?

    I feel an Archer family farmer is the wrong approach. Given the size of the the task why not a professional land agent from Rodway and Watson who can bring a wider spectrum of knowledge to the table.

    Of if you want a really different approach what about Charlie Thomas?
