Given the cottage is presumably on the Home Farm “estate” trees seem reasonable enough, and I can see Chris being able to put in a fish pond. Less credible is a party on a Thursday night, and the thought of Tracey climbing trees is enough to put anyone off their tea.
I wonder if this was a ham fisted reference to the fishing lake where Kate used to collect money from fishermen in days of yore?

Very poor editing to move the meeting to the BH Monday (especially when it is hot and sunny). For the crime of not knowing the date of episodes is entirely an editorial problem and goes to prove that this one really is an idiot.
