Agree- it all seems so serious and high stakes right now. Environmental pollution! Incipient bankruptcy! Family rows! Threats of separation! Alcoholism! And that’s just the Aldridges! If the light is being balanced by Pip’s pregnancy/Fairbrothers new pig venture/sports relief, that is just pitiful. The thought of Pip and fair brother vomiting rainbows/complaints in equal measure over pregnancy and children for the next 18 years on the radio is not warming the cockles of my heart…
