The town planning podcast continues with reports that Birmingham was designed to keep pedestrians and cars apart, except in Broad Street where Lucy was looking for Dumteedummers. She also knows about Desire Routes where people walk in preference to the laid out paths. I can attest to the latter as local to my normal location (this summary is being written in Greek sunshine) there are two Desire Routes where they have given up trying to keep them grassed and both have been tarmacadammed.
Elsewhere in the Midlands, Lucy observes that writing was a little unbalanced with sit com writing appearing to settle the legal dispute between Tom & Jazzer; a scene straight from EastEnders and the Queen Vic when David disowned his brother (I note collectively we side with David too!). From the sci-fi genre was Lizzie’s visit to Will’s cottage to do the cleaning. Who would want any other drama when the Archers covers it all.
I have a theory about Will and Lizzie. She has had some form of breakdown and is getting better. Seeing the Grundies on Sunday she realised that she had failed Will when Nic died and wanted as she saw it to make amends, particularly as they both lost soul mates. I could almost say that talking to Will and trying to help him was therapy for her. Witherspoon?

Left an email, well I thought I did, about last week mainly complaining about Camilla being one dimensional etc. Basically everything Lucy said in her round up! So er, how do I email?
