The interactions between Bridge Farm and Justin are discussed. No-one actually knows how to handle a property deal and as usual business deals on the Archers are a pile of pants. No valuations, no solicitors, and it is beyond insanity.
Lucy makes the point that the plot holes being left on some of the stories at the moment are so large that Bartleby could pull a carriage through them – and it negates the skill and elegance which goes into the writing and performances leaving listeners feeling distraught. The weakness is the editing – ensuring the stories are tied up properly without law breaking and are complete. The editing has been bad for some years – because the person in charge is not a radio expert.
Of course we all love The Archers even if it is frustrating!
