A mega-sized podcast has been delivered by our hosts this week as the world needs Sanatogen in these difficult times and DumTeeDum is a very good tonic. With everyone locked down at home the number of callers is way off the normal scale!
Lucy commences with a very colourful “Week in Ambridge” – well Ben’s car is colourful. I think Lucy has upped the levels of nudity and sexual innuendo this week as well as decrying the Krusty Cruelty stories.
Meanwhile Roifield is hailed as the conquering hero by himself and everyone else for identifying the hyper villainous and mega-illegal activities at the heart of the Moss empire and is happy to replay his earlier assertions on Philip’s building gang. Even Witherspoon was taken in saying that there was nothing dodgy in Moss’s business! Roifield is so pleased and smug at being right, taking over 6 minutes to remind us of the quality of his perception! And it cost Lucy £25!

Roifield then ruins it all by tarring all the Welsh with the Moss / Nocasha brush as being wrong ‘uns! Pat has forgotten she is Welsh so is excused boots. Roifield expresses the opinion that this story has been planned for a long time reminding us of his attack on Tom over a year ago to demonstrate Philip’s temper and so the entire story has been constructed very slowly.
Lucy and Roifield wonder if coronavirus will come to Ambridge. If the village can be flooded when the rest of the country is dry then I believe the virus can swerve around the village – it will be like one of the Thankful Villages!
