Keri and Pete are yoked in harness this week to review events in Ambridge. This is the one where our much loved Kirsty kept running around the village causing huge upset amongst the villagers who may or may not be in Lynda’s latest extravaganza. Luckily as is always the case it will be alright on the night.
Tracy shows a trace of humanity telling Jazzer about the pain of childbirth whilst Clarrie winds up Susan over her need to be an expert horsewoman. In turn Clarrie winds up 70 year old Eddie over eating proper food by getting him to admit that vegan food can actually – no sorry I just did not believe it.
Brookfield meanwhile suffered the annoying children in one ear and the reconciliation between Roof and David as they decided they were backing cows and only cows whilst remaining a mixed farm grazing sheep on Home Farm and not letting the cows have anywhere nice and warm to go in winter. I tell you feeding cows in the fields in deep winter is no fun at all; I am starting to believe that Roof and David are not real farmers given the incredibly stupid decisions taken in recent years.
And all we have to look forward to is the opening of an abattoir; the pictures are definitely better on the wireless.
Martha Woodford was a real country woman – or at least Mollie Harris was. Somehow I cannot see the new Martha following in her footsteps.
