Naked Fingers returns and Lucy’s excellent monologue is again graced by his contractual chortles – which merely proves the line remains live!
The saga of Shula’s new car is discussed; Lucy observes that Shula probably has a very large Volvo and it looks like it will get a lot more use in the near future. Then Robert talks about something which has not happened yet before raising the very odd supper party at the Carters – who only invites one person to dinner?
Is all well in the Adam/Ian household? Are either of them really capable of looking after a baby? Why are they actually pursuing another round of implantation? Lucy opines that Lexi will back out before the next round due to the lack of stability in the Macy/Craig homestead.
Robert, who knows about these things from a podcast, points out that there is now a two year period before there can be a divorce for Shula and that if she does buy a new car then Alistair will be entitled to half of it. Johnny observes: “Aren’t podcasts great?”.
