This week’s podcast was brought to you courtesy of a woolly National Trust dog blanket. There were more calls than time allows so some editorial decisions have been made this week but hopefully all views were well represented. DTD: 261 – Are Adam and Ian up for parenthood and Paul has no idea who he is.

Our hosts discuss recent events in Ambridge with particular focus on the news that it looks like Lexi might well be having Adam’s child. Given the hours which Adam and Ian work, together with Adam being 51 raises some questions as to howw the child will be raised. Although it has not yet been declared viable the sex is under discussion – what will produce the most interesting stories and perhaps two men raising a girl might be more complex than a boy. DTD 260: 800 residents of Ambridge? I say fiddlesticks!

Well the medical profession is doing its worse. The gall bladder was taken away in November and I was signed off as fit to travel (which is about all I normally do these days). Last Wednesday the first hand operation (Duputreyn’s contraction correction) took place and typing is now mainly left handed plus one finger of my right hand which means converting this week’s chortles on the DumTeeDum podcast to some semblance of reality is even more difficult than normal! DTD: 258 – New Year, more Archers with added right you ares and hello you twos!

For those with an aversion to seedy side of life skip the first 90 seconds as the Dumteedum from Red Agnes contains a few unbleeped  swear words as she gets the podcast off to a Chaucerian start. The week of the lost bottom came to an end, no-one is accusing Bess of its desecration but Ben was strong-armed into making a replacement!  Indeed the blame seems to rest with a fox.
