Following the discharge of a firearm it is a busy week on the podcast as numerous callers call in to make observations on Will, Kate, Jakob, half a million quid and the wonderful ghost story involving Tracy Horrobin and her sister Susan. All condemn Emma for her telling Ed of earlier events. There was no need and she would not have done it!
This little corner of the DumTeeDum universe (it is like a Marvel universe with fewer super-powers) is often at odds with received wisdom elsewhere so I would like to record my absolute incredulity at the management coming up and implementing two madness storylines in the village in close succession, after all this is not The Prisoner. Anyone might think that the Ambridge water supply had been polluted with mind altering drugs.
Personally I feel Will was entirely right, Clarrie should not have given Poppy to Bev under any circumstances as Bev kept saying she would take the child away from him!
Also in complete denial of the widely expressed views I am actually liking the clever aspects of the ghost story with Tracey holding the bathroom door closed on Susan and red coulis exploding all over the sous chef. Presumably he is not getting the top job when Ian takes a year (yes a year) of absence. Has Ian also given up smoking one wonders?
It is a long one this week – so this is late and there are new voices and old ones returning to the fold, presumably Tig or one of the other sheepdogs has been out rounding up the waifs and strays who have wandered from the true DumTeeDum path.
