A new co-host this week – the regular Tweeter of the Week – Keri Warbis – sits in for Lucy this week. Keri has never called in and she actually makes it straight into the hot seat where Roifield extends his customary grilling and flirting – and Keri does better in responding than Dominic Cummings who probably won’t be on next week. Keri does not fall for it even though she admits to being single unlike last week’s visitor!
Witherspoon is looking ahead to the new episodes which are about to be delivered from Birmingham and the impact of the lockdown – will there be marital splits, drinking sprees, possible loss of life and financial problems for the likes of the Bull and the B&B?
Keri quite likes being isolated from humanity – she is not finding lockdown difficult. On Saturday she admitted to a picnic with her best friend. She is missing going to work but generally things are good – her two children are with her at home and she has a small garden – which is a suntrap.
Further to Keri’s notes on Clarrie, she started talking in about 1976 when she took up as a domestic help – mainly at Brookfield. Later working in the Bull pulling pints and later Eddie when he did the kitchen at Woodbine Cottage.
And will Roifield get Stephen Fry and Kim Durham (Matt Crawford) on DumTeeDum?
