    AMBRIDGE ENGLISH DICTIONARY

    ABDIKATE
    To deny all responsibility for the consequences of one’s actions.

    AUTHENTIKATE
    The act of proving you are who you say you are by acting entirely as those who know you predicted you would.

    COMMUNIKATE
    Shouting “stop, wait, listen” to people who are running away from you with their fingers in their ears.

    DEFEKATE
    To drop oneself deeply in the sh*t.

    DEPREKATE
    To tell somebody useless they are useless.

    DOMESTIKATE
    An extremely unlikely occurrence, similar to “once in a blue moon”.

    EDUKATE
    Failing to complete a course.

    ERADIKATE
    To eliminate an unpleasant pest.

    FABRIKATE
    To make up excuses for one’s failings.

    FORNIKATE
    The result of mixing equal parts of mature woman, young man and alcohol in a swimming pool. Garnish with Raddle.

    INDELIKATE
    The act of entering the bedroom of a teenager without first seeking permission.

    INTOXIKATE
    The direct result of lubrikation and medikation.

    LUBRIKATE
    To drink expensive wine in the belief that it will make you easier to get along with.

    MEDIKATE
    To drink expensive wine in the belief that it will cure social ineptitude.

    PREVARIKATE
    To put off writing a business plan and go horse riding.

    SUFFOKATE
    The consequence of all the air in a room being consumed by somebody’s self-pity.

    TRUNKATE
    To cut short a relationship.

    VAKATE
    When the source of an unpleasant atmosphere leaves the room.

    VINDIKATE
    The belief, usually brought about by drinking expensive wine, that one was right all along.

    That’s excellent! My favourite is Vakate. Medikate probably sums up my life though unfortunately!
