"Celeb" appearances

Does anyone like the real “celeb” appearances? I always find them bum-squeezingly unfunny and utterly cringeworthy. I also don’t think they ever add to the plot or character.

But they keep doing ’em, so someone must like ’em. Is that you? I’d be genuinely interested to find someone who likes – or even loves ’em, because following fora and Twitter, they seem universally unpopular, but that can’t be accurate.

Oh, I quite liked Anneka Rice’s appearance! She was better than Kirsty Allsopp and The Pet Shop Boys, in my view.
