What's going on wth the lovely Lexi

First a confession: I’ve been on holiday and not hear all episodes, so I’m trying to both catch up and keep up to date (which is frnakly confusing!). But WTF is going on with Lexi? She seems to have gone from all-loved-up with Woy and fully committed to Adam and Ian’s baby wishes, to now having done a runner with no return date. Have I missed a backstory or is this equally unfathomable to everyone else? If she and Roy are as loved up as they seem, why doesn’t he marry her and bring her kids over? Or is he still married to hayley? Colour me mystified, and welcoming of any thoughts from wiser DTDers.
