There has been some speculation that she’s an obvious pseudonym becuase Harriet Vane is the name of Lord Peter Whimsey’s paramour in Dorothy L Sayers’ mysteries. But surely if it were Caroline she’d have confronted the Grundies by now (even though this would involve casting a new Caroline since the sad passing of Sara Coward)?

I do hope this isn’t going to be one of those dangling storylines that never gets resolved!

Do we know it is not Lynda? The first usage was surely her a few weeks ago and no-one else in Ambridge is clever enough?

I just checked and maybe it is Lynda. Her conversation with Robert in the café would make sense if he already knew she was using a pseudo name. She would be quite capable of denying it to Emma. If it is not her, bet she wishes she had thought of it.

Lynda likes using pseudonyms. I think everyone knows that Dylan Nells was Lynda and having given the Wimsey books away was a giveaway.
