i found the archers quite by accident one sunday morning in 2000 when i was 10. the radio was still tuned to radio4 from the night before when i\\\\\\\'d heard the saturday play. i didn\\\\\\\'t know any other 10 year olds who listened to the archers so i felt pretty grown up.
